In short: On Thursday 29 October 2026, from 15:00 to 15:45 CET, Taxually runs a free online webinar, Introducing Taxually e-invoicing: see it live. Co-Founder and CTO Fergal Garvey and Product Development Manager Jakub Zajac show the product end to end and explain what changes on 1 January 2027. Save your seat.
If your group has entities in Germany, Poland, France or Spain, the next 15 months bring new e-invoicing deadlines. This session shows how one integration covers them, using a live system rather than slides.
Why 1 January 2027 matters
Several mandates step up at the turn of the year. Each one needs structured invoices, not PDFs, and most need a connection to the tax authority or to Peppol.
- Germany: businesses must already be able to receive e-invoices. From 1 January 2027, companies with prior-year turnover above €800,000 must also issue them, in a format based on EN 16931 such as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD. All companies follow from 1 January 2028. See our Germany e-invoicing guide.
- Poland: KSeF has been mandatory for large businesses since February 2026 and for most others since April 2026. Remaining transitional periods end on 31 December 2026. The Ministry of Finance plans to extend penalty relief for KSeF errors to the end of 2027, but this is not yet law.
- France: since 1 September 2026 every business must be able to receive e-invoices, and large and mid-sized companies must issue them. Small and micro businesses must issue from 1 September 2027. See our France e-invoicing guide.
- Spain: the government plans to postpone the remaining VeriFactu obligations to October 2028 to align them with mandatory B2B e-invoicing. The change still needs formal adoption, so the enacted dates apply until then. See our Spain e-invoicing guide.
Belgium and Croatia already require B2B e-invoicing, alongside long-running systems in Italy, Romania and Greece.
What you'll see in 45 minutes
- 0–5 min: what's new in Taxually e-invoicing.
- 5–12 min: what changes and when in Germany, Poland and Spain.
- 12–30 min: live demo. A cleared invoice, a rejection resolved, and cleared invoice data flowing into a VAT return.
- 30–38 min: going live from SAP or another ERP, onboarding, and support from VAT specialists.
- 38–45 min: open Q&A.
What the live demo covers
The demo follows one invoice from your system to the tax authority and back.
- One API for 39 countries: you send a single invoice payload in one data model, and Taxually generates the format each country needs, such as FatturaPA, XRechnung, KSeF XML or Peppol UBL.
- Direct connections: 14 direct tax authority connections, including Italy (SDI), Poland (KSeF), Romania (e-Factura), Greece (myDATA) and France (Chorus Pro), plus a certified Peppol Access Point.
- Clear status: every invoice comes back as pending, accepted with the authority's reference, or rejected with the authority's error code, by webhook or polling.
- Rejections fixed fast: you see how a rejected invoice is corrected, with VAT specialists on hand to help.
- Linked to VAT returns: cleared invoice data flows into returns prepared with CrossTax, so the same numbers feed compliance.
Who should join
The session is for tax leaders, finance and IT teams, and groups with entities that face e-invoicing mandates. It suits you if you:
- have German entities above the €800,000 turnover threshold;
- are still connecting Polish entities to KSeF;
- run SAP or another ERP and want one integration rather than one project per country;
- need to show your board a plan for 2027 and 2028.
Bring your entity list. After the session you can book an optional walkthrough mapped to your countries and ERP.
